Latest idea, picking up the ideas Mark has posted about making the 'internal workings' of the theatre visible.

do apololgise if it just looks like the others but it knda shaows hat I am talking about you could have the whole show so that it looks as though you as audience are seeign it from the back of the stage to the audience (imaginary) or have the whole thing on a revolve so you have back and front

I think the use of sheets on the ceiling is a wonderful idea, I'm not sure why but I just love the way it looks. Mark - what gave you this idea?

Well that's not very helpful! What kind of fabric would you use? What texture would it be?

chill it would probably be either calico or muslin or hesian so fairly earthy and light

I think this is a promising idea, too. Would also be good to start thinking about the whole theatre space - so, the acting and audience spaces together. Do we want them to be separate? Do we want them to be connected? I think the sheets on the ceiling begin to link the spaces but I think we could go further - would be good to think about the layout of the theatre building - where do you envisage the satge being in relation to the audience?
